· Requirements and goals for patient education, informed consent, informed refusal and documentation.
· Risk management protocols, including staff training & malpractice insurance needs.
· Utilize different impression techniques for single & multiple restoration as well as full arch
· Be able to identify lab or impression inaccuracies
